Hello! My clients and colleagues know me as a Zoom Wizard, Coach, and Speaker. One thing that is for sure, I connect first as a friend and then collaborate on how we can best support one another to make healthy change in the communities around us.
Be YOU, was born out of the long road of trying to become a superstar under the shadows of my mentors.
Yes, I did the college route, I have taken many hours of advanced courses, and spent several thousands of dollars on group programs. While I know all of what I have learned is inside of me, I know that the real change occured when I let it go and started HAVING FUN!
This was when I created Be YOU!
